WORLD NEWS: Man Fullfills Dream of Running Naked (July 31) When 34-year-old computer programmer Thomas Bloomquist of Stockholm, Sweden won $2,500 on a horse race, he knew just how he wanted to spend his winnings. He bought an airline ticket and flew more than 18 hours to Spokane, Washington in order to fulfill a five-year-long dream of doffing his duds and running naked through the Eastern Washington woods in the annual Bare Buns Fun Run.
