Allen was sort of a pest, but one woman discovered he was more than that when her underwear started disappearing from her bedroom. During his last panty raid on her apartment, Allen stole all but one piece of underwear. That one he left behind covered with his semen. A judge sentenced him this week to 6 years in prison.
