WORLD NEWS: Men Drilled Hole To Spy On Neighbors Two men were arrested this week for allegedly drilling a hole in the ceiling of an apartment to spy on three women. Ryan Ogden, 20, and Ryan Bullard, 20, allegedly used a screwdriver to drill a hole through the apartment's ceiling. The boys lived in a bordering apartment to the women. Micah Childs said she and her roommate were inside the apartment Monday when they they thought they heard a mouse in the attic. "She thought it might be a mouse or animal, so she didn't pay that much attention to it until she saw a screwdriver going through the ceiling," Childs said. The women called the police and the two men were arrested. One of the tenants said she plans to move out of the apartment because of the ordeal, but Childs said she and her sister are staying, reluctantly. "I feel like I don't have any safety right now," she said. By law, peeping toms can only be charged with a misdemeanor. The men who were arrested Monday were released.
