Public acts of sex are costing the Hard Rock Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas a $100,000 fine. The State Gaming Control Board charges that Hard Rock security officers did nothing to stop lewd behavior in the hotel's Baby's nightclub. The board says surveillance tapes reveal what's termed "overt sexual activity" taking place in view of the dance floor. Baby's has so-called private booths above the dance floor that are visible to other patrons. The board says other casinos are being monitored for risque behavior, too.
