Yours, Jack WORLD NEWS: Research into allergy after orgasm condition A Dutch neuropsychiatrist is researching a rare disorder which makes people ill immediately after orgasm. Marc Waldinger says in 12 months two men reported at his practice with the same flu-like symptoms. He is now seeing eight male and female patients showing the same reaction, which can last for a week. Each reports extreme fatigue, painful eyes, soar throat, muscle pain, sweating and sometimes rashes. They start immediately after orgasm. Dr Waldinger believes the patients may have developed allergic reactions to the hormones and neurotransmitters released in the brain and spinal cord on orgasm. He told the Haagse Courant newspaper: "It's rather serious as because of it, these people are trying to avoid having sex."
