Starting in May 2003, a charter service calling itself naked-air.com will offer nude flights from Miami, Florida, to a clothing-optional resort in Cancun, Mexico. The flights cost $450 and will offer the same services as a regular airline, except customers will be able to fly in the air with an exposed derriere. There a few buts about the nude flight. Guests can only disrobe when the plane reaches cruising altitude and will have to dress before going through customs, according to a Wireless Flash news report. In addition, people are discouraged from turning the naked flights into an excuse to join the mile-high club. Despite those restrictions, organizers said the maiden voyage of the nude airline is almost sold-out.
